So I just got this random urge to paint like crazy a few nights ago. This is the result. I just started with the rising sun as a base and then I just went from there. It's weird, it took forever, I can't feel my wrist anymore, and I love it.

Uniform? I was kinda going for random. Or did you mean how the circles look so perfect? I used stencils.

Yeah, the circles. But if you look at it, (at least in my opinion) there is a uniform randomness.
